What are you most looking forward to as one of ACT’s newest Core Company members?

Quite simply? The artistic possibilities. I think the unique nature of the Core Company consisting of passionate humans from various disciplines of Art is hyper-appealing.

What has made the biggest impact on your creativity as an artist?

Stepping into the idea of taking myself seriously as a professional in this business, it allowed me to “get out of my own way” when really trying to create something I’d be proud of.

Any creative projects you’re currently involved in/excited about?

Yes! Currently slated to play the Lion in The 5th Avenue Theatre’s The Wiz. My web series just snagged a development deal with HBO Max and we’re beginning principal photography next spring. Plus, the new musical I’m involved with Cowboy Bob, is beginning pre-Broadway trials in Houston next year

What are you most looking forward to in ACT’s upcoming season?

Every Brilliant Thing.

What is one of your favorite roles at ACT and why?

I really enjoyed stepping into the role of The Narrator for 2021’s A Christmas Carol. It felt like such a special and unique time to be there with the audience and the whole A Christmas Carol team.

If you could have dinner with any actor or artist dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Taking a moment to acknowledge how impossible questions like these are… Honestly, it wouldn’t be one single person per se, as much as an experience in time I’d love to be present for. I’d truly love to either be at all three days of Woodstock or the opening night of Studio 54 which was on April 26, 1977. Those eras and those events birthed a lot of the art and artists that speak to the path I’m on in life and in my art.
