The Box Office opens one (1) hour prior to curtain for ticket sales and will call pick-up for each performance. At all other times, please contact the box office at 206.292.7676 or at Tuesday – Friday, noon – 5 pm.

The Box Office is located on Union Street and is accessible through the main theatre lobby doors at 700 Union Street during performances only.

ACT’s Box Office sells tickets for all of our productions and handles ticket exchanges, group sales, gift certificates, and customer service requests. Closed-caption devices can also be requested at the time of ticket purchase or from our front- of-house team.

Tickets are sold subject to availability. Refunds and exchanges are available by phone or email during regular business hours: Tuesday – Friday, noon – 5 pm.

Your tickets will be mailed to your address on file. You may opt to receive mobile tickets instead. In the future, ACT will transition to mobile tickets as the default method of ticket delivery.

New — Mobile Tickets

With mobile tickets, your tickets are delivered electronically to the email address you used to purchase your tickets. You can display your mobile ticket on your handheld device, such as phone or tablet or you can print the ticket at home. You can also manage your mobile tickets directly in your ACT account.

You can select mobile tickets from the ticket purchase and account screens on our website or contact the Box Office. Mobile tickets are eco-friendly, convenient, and you’ll never have to worry about losing a ticket again!

Will Call

Will call is available for all performances. If for any reason you cannot access your tickets to a performance or have lost them, we’ve got you covered. Contact the Box Office and we can reprint your tickets.


Ticket Fees

ACT serves as the owner and steward of the National Historic Landmark Building, the Eagles Auditorium, on behalf of the City of Seattle. This $9 per ticket fee works to support our ongoing efforts to maintain this civic treasure.

Each order includes an $8 transaction/handling fee.

Exchanging tickets

As a subscriber, you can reschedule your tickets for another performance of the same show in advance of your original date at no extra cost. Ticket prices can vary by day of the week, type of performance (for example preview, weekend, Opening Night). Although subscribers receive fee- free exchanges, upgrade charges may apply if you choose to exchange into a more expensive performance. Exchanges can also be requested online by logging into your account on our website or by contacting the Box Office.
