FAQ

COVID Safety Protocols

You’re at the center of everything we do. That’s why we’re committed to keeping you safe.

For the most up-to-date information related to COVID-19 safety at ACT and our policies and procedures, please visit our COVID information page.

Accessibility

ACT is accessible to all. In addition to accessible seating options, services offered include Closed-Captioning and hearing-assisted devices for all Mainstage performances, ASL Interpreted performances and Audio Described performances and large print programs. Visit our accessibility page for more information.

Accommodation for Late Arriving Patrons

Due the intimacy of our theatre, patrons who arrive late will be seated during appropriate intervals at the discretion of the house manager. While waiting to be seated, latecomers are invited to watch the production in progress on the monitor in the theatre lobby. Late arriving patrons may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission.

Food

With the exception of water and drinks in no-spill cups (available for purchase at our concessions table), food and drink are not allowed in the theatre. Outside food and drink is not allowed anywhere in our building. Individual water is available in our theatre lobbies for $2 (credit cards only, please).
