Making live theatre affordable for everyone is vitally important. ACT is delighted to offer Pay What You Choose and Rush tickets. Please see all of our discount ticket options below. Welcome to the theatre!

Pay What You Choose

Pay What You Choose (PWYC) seats are available throughout the house for every performance in our subscription season and A Christmas Carol. PWYC tickets are also available for select The Dina Martina Christmas Show performances. These tickets are available when individual tickets go on sale for each play.

PWYC tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. PWYC ticket pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased tickets.

Rush Tickets

Looking for a last-minute deal? Half-priced Rush tickets with no fees are available at the Box Office on a first-come, first-served basis starting one hour before every performance in our subscription season and A Christmas Carol. Half-priced tickets are available in Standard seating section only, and subject to availability. Limit of 4 tickets per household.

Educator Discount

Full-time K thru 12th grade educators and employees, and adjunct college professors, receive 20% off full-price tickets to subscription season productions and A Christmas Carol.

Educator ID required when picking up tickets. Limit of 2 tickets per household. Subject to availability.

Industry Discount

We invite our friends who work in the theatre industry to join us for Industry Night – a chance to meet – or catch up – with your fellow theatre colleagues. Tickets are $25.

Order online, by phone, or in person using promo code INDUSTRY25.

Industry discount only available for Industry Night performances, see show webpages for more details. Limit of two tickets per household. A $5 Historic Theatre fee will be added to each ticket. When picking up your tickets, please let us know how you are connected to the arts and entertainment industry.

TeenTix

TeenTix members have access to special $5 ticket pricing for all subscription season productions and A Christmas Carol, as well as additional select productions.

Order online, by phone, or in person using promo code TEENTIX. Limit of one (1) ticket per household.

On Sundays, TeenTix members can purchase up to two (2) tickets at the $5 rate online, by  phone, or in person using promo code TEENTIXSUN.

Tickets ordered online or by phone will be avaiable for pick up in Will Call. TeenTix members MUST present their TeenTix pass to receive tickets. Learn more about TeenTix.

Military Discount

ACT is a proud Blue Star Theatre member and offers 50% off full-price tickets to subscription season productions to all active military personnel and their immediate families. This discount is honored by phone for advance sales or in person for day of show sales at our Box Office (call 206.292.7676). Blue Star Theatres is a program of Blue Star Families and Theatre Communications Group. Read more about the Blue Star program here.

Please identify yourself as military personnel when ordering to receive the discount. Tickets may not be resold higher than purchase price.

Group Rates

GENERAL GROUP RATE POLICY 

  • Group discounts are applied to the regular adult price.    
  • Group discounts apply to both Prime & Standard seating zones. 
  • Group discounts do not apply to Value/PWYC seats as they are already discounted. 
  • Group discounts are only given to groups purchasing 10 tickets or more for the same performance date and time. 
  • Group discount rates are determined by size of group as follows: 
  • Save 10% (10-19 seats)  
  • Save 15% (20-29 seats)  
  • Save 20% (30+ seats)  
  • A non-refundable deposit payment of 50% is due at the time of purchase. 
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to performance. 
  • All groups pay historic fee of $9 per ticket. 
  • The $8 transaction fee is waived for all groups. 
  • Payment options are Visa, MC, Amex, or Checks. 

SCHOOL GROUP RATE POLICY | A CHRISTMAS CAROL AND ENGAGE THE STAGE STUDENT MATINEES 

  • Policy applies to elementary school, middle school, high school, and college groups for A Christmas Carol and Engage The Stage student matinees. and weekend performances. 
  • A School Group is defined as at least 10 students. 
  • The School Group rate is $15 per student for A Christmas Carol and $12 per student for Engage the Stage. 
  • The $8 transaction fee is waived for all groups. 
  • The $9 historic theatre fee is waived for all groups. 
  • 1 complimentary chaperone ticket is provided for every 10 paid students for grades K-12.
  • 1 chaperone per 10 students is required for grades K-12.
  • School will be invoiced by ACT and full payment is due 30 days prior to performance. 
  • A non-refundable deposit payment of 25% is due upon receipt of invoice. 
  • Payment options are Visa, MC, Amex, or Checks. Purchase Orders are not accepted. 
  • For A Christmas Carol and Engage The Stage student matinees, ACT may provide complimentary tickets upon request to Title 1 schools pending availability. Financial assistance to other schools is determined on a case-by-case basis.
