Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions, our 2020 season has been cancelled. Group sales will resume for 2021 once the season is announced!

FAQs

A group is just 10 or more people attending a show!

Discounts are based on the size of your group. All groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount off of regularly priced adult tickets. The larger the group, the larger the discount! Please note, we are not able to combine multiple discounts (for example, we cannot give a group discount on an already discounted senior price point established for single tickets.)

There is a $15 flat fee per group, but overall you save significantly over single ticket fees.

  • If you have a large group and are not sure of your final numbers, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your seats when we set up your order; final payment and final ticket count are due a month prior to the performance date. If a performance reaches sold out status before your final payment is due we will need to get in touch about paying for your seats before the original deadline in order to retain them.
  • For small groups full payment is due at the time of booking.

ACT accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept purchase orders.

For larger groups we do ask for the most accurate estimate of your group size when you place your order. However, you are welcome to update the number of tickets at your group rate (as long as it does not drop below 10) up until your final payment is due. Once the final payment has been taken, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

We will do our best to make sure that your group is seated together, based on availability. If you’d prefer to have the best available seats, and are not concerned about your group sitting together, just let us know. Seating is based on availability, so remember to order early to secure the best seats!

ACT is located at 700 Union Street, next to the Washington State Convention Center in the heart of downtown. We also offer discounted parking at the Convention Center Garage upon request. For more information about getting to our theatre, parking, and more, look here.
