ACT Subscribers and ACTPass Monthly Members receive free, no hassle ticket exchange privileges that allow you to reschedule your tickets for another performance of the same show up to 24 hours in advance of your original date. If within 24 hours of the show, please contact the Ticket Office directly. There are several ways to exchange your tickets: online via the form below, in person during ticket office hours; by fax at 206.292.7670; or by phone at 206.292.7676.

General Ticket Office hours are Tuesday–Sunday, 12:00pm–6:00pm

Note: There is no fee for exchanging your tickets; however, if you reschedule into a higher-priced performance you will be asked to pay the difference. Ticket exchanges are not available for A Christmas Carol and certain special or guest productions.
