Allen

Once a grand ballroom, The Allen Theatre has been transformed into a beautiful, intimate theatre-in-the-round. It is a fantastic and unique location for company meetings, seminars, weddings, or as a concert and performance venue.

Rental of The Allen Theatre includes:

  • A full range of lighting and sound equipment is available in-house to support a variety of events; details available upon request.
  • Three large dressing rooms accommodating up to 30 people with sink, shower, toilet, and lighted mirrors.
  • Use of ACT’s loading dock and freight elevator provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity: 

  • 7,642 square feet
  • The Allen Theatre can seat up to 434 people.
  • The stage area 25′ x 32′

Rental Rates:       

  • $5,000 per day (plus labor expenses)

Required Staffing:

  • A minimum of two IATSE technicians are required to load-in, run, and strike events.
  • A Greeter to welcome your guests and direct them to your event.
  • For performance events, a House Manager is required to help with seating and safety of patrons.
  • An Event Manager to supervise your event.

Fall Venue Photo

A versatile thrust space, The Falls Theatre is an ideal venue for concerts, lectures, auctions, seminars, workshops, or a company meeting. An intimate space, your audience is never more that 30 feet from the stage.

Rental of The Falls Theatre includes:

  • A full range of lighting and sound equipment is available in-house to support a variety of events; details available upon request. See below for a full inventory.
  • Three large dressing rooms accommodating up to 30 people with sink, shower, toilet, and lighted mirrors.
  • Use of ACT’s loading dock and freight elevator provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity:

  • 7,428 square feet
  • Including the balcony, The Falls Theatre can seat up to 409 people
  • The primary playing area is 36’6″ x 32′

Rental Rates:

  • $4,500 per day (plus labor expenses)

Required Staffing:

  • A minimum of three IATSE technicians are required to load-in, run, and strike events.
  • For performance events, a House Manager is required to help with seating and safety of patrons.

Bullitt Balcony Venue Photo

An intimate, versatile room, The Bullitt Cabaret is a great space for a wedding, company meeting, reception, or as a performance venue. Customize your event with a dance floor, stage, or projection screen.

Rental of The Bullitt Cabaret includes:

  • 12’x9′ motorized projection screen (6500 Lumen Projector available for $250 rental fee)
  • Use of ACT’s inventory of 36″ round or square cabaret tables, 72″ and 60″ banquet round tables, 36″ round cocktail tables (42″ in height), and 6′ tables at no additional charge. (subject to availability)
  • One large dressing room, accommodating up to 10 with sink, shower, toilet, lighted mirrors
  • Use of ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility

Capacity:

  • The Bullitt Cabaret is 4,539 square feet
  • Seated Reception or Plated Meal for up to 160
  • Standing Reception for up to 200
  • Theater-style performance up to 150

Rental Rates:

  • $2,600 per day (plus labor expenses)

Required Staffing:

  • A minimum of one IATSE technician is required to load-in, run, and strike events.
  • An Event Manager to supervise your event.
  • A Greeter to welcome your guests and direct them to your event.
  • For performance events, a House Manager is required to help with seating and safety of patrons.

A newly converted performance space with theatrical lights and sound system, The Eulalie Scandiuzzi Space offers an intimate setting for performances, private receptions, rehearsals, or readings.

Rental of The Eulalie Scandiuzzi Space includes:

  • A full range of lighting and sound equipment is available in-house to support a variety of events; details available upon request.
  • Use of ACT’s inventory of cabaret and banquet tables at no additional charge (subject to availability).
  • 6000 Lumen Projector and motorized screen available for $250 rental fee
  • ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity:

  • The Eulalie Scandiuzzi Space is 1,463 square feet and can accommodate a standing reception for up to 90, seated dinner for up to 60, or 75 seated for a performance.

Rental Rates:

  • $1,500 per day (plus labor expenses)

Required Staffing:

  • A dedicated Event Manager to supervise your event.
  • A Greeter to welcome your guests and direct them to your event.
  • For Performance Events, a House Manager is required to help with seating and safety of patrons.
  • For Events with technical needs, an IATSE technician is required to loadin, run, and strike events.

Busters

With its large windows overlooking Downtown Seattle, the newly remodeled Buster’s Space provides an elegant setting for private parties, receptions, and corporate events. Rental of Buster’s also includes use of a small private lobby space and a kitchenette.

Rental of Buster’s includes:

  • Use of ACT’s inventory of 36″ round or square cabaret tables, 72″ and 60″ banquet round tables, 36″ round cocktail tables (42″ in height), and 6′ tables at no additional charge. (Subject to availability.)
  • ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity:

  • Buster’s is 1,988 square feet and can accommodate a standing reception for up to 120, seated reception or dinner for up to 80.

Rental Rates (plus labor expenses):

  • $1,500 per day (plus labor expenses)

Required Staffing:

  • A dedicated Event Manager to supervise your event.
  • A Greeter to help welcome your guests and direct them to your event.

Ackerley Forum

With its high ceilings and historic murals, the Ackerley Forum and Falls Lobby offers your guests a unique and intimate space for receptions and small dinner and lunch events.

Rental of the Ackerley Forum includes:

  • Use of ACT’s inventory of 36″ round or square cabaret tables, 72″ and 60″ banquet round tables, 36″ round high cocktail tables (42″ in height), and 6′ tables at no additional charge. (subject to availability)
  • Street access onto 7th Avenue providing private access for your event.
  • Use of ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity:

  • The Ackerley Forum is 638 square feet and can accommodate a standing reception for up to 50 guests or a seated reception for 25.
  • Combined with the Falls Lobby, a standing reception for up to 100

Room Rental Rates:

  • $750 per day (plus labor expenses), $950 if The Falls Theatre is added

Required Staffing:

  • A dedicated Event Manager to supervise your event.
  • A Greeter to welcome your guests and direct them to your event.

Poncho Lobby

With its large windows, historic chandeliers, and terrazzo floors, the PONCHO Lobby is an ideal space for receptions or dinner and lunch events.

Rental of the PONCHO Lobby includes:

  • Use of house sound system and CD player for background music.
  • Use of ACT’s inventory of 36″ round or square cabaret tables, 72″ and 60″ banquet round tables, 36″ round high cocktail tables (42″ in height), and 6′ tables at no additional charge. (subject to availability)
  • ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity:

  • The PONCHO Lobby is 4,528 square feet and can accommodate a standing reception for up to 100, seated reception for up to 70, or plated meal for up to 90.

Rental Rates:

  • $1,200 per day (plus labor expenses)

  • A dedicated Event Manager to supervise your event.
  • A Greeter to welcome your guests and direct them to your event.
