ACT is proud to be part of our generous not-for-profit community. We understand the importance of fundraising auctions and raffles. We donate a limited number of tickets to support many important causes each year. However, since requests always outnumber our capacity for giving, we give priority to requests as follows:

    1. ACT subscribers and donors who request contributions on behalf of not-for-profit organizations
    2. Not-for-profit arts organizations
    3. Other local not-for-profit organizations

    To request a ticket donation, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Send us a letter on the organization’s letterhead. Include:
      • your relationship to ACT and to the requesting organization
      • the organization’s mission
      • the date of the fundraising event
      • the date by which you need to receive the tickets/voucher
    2. Mail or fax your request to:

    Please submit your request a minimum of two months before your event to allow ample time for it to be processed.

    Due to the large number of requests we receive, we ask that you do not call to follow up on any letters submitted.

    You will be notified by mail whether or not your request has been granted.
